2013 Ohio Public Works Expo

When:
Monday thru Wednesday, Sept. 16 – 18, 2013

Where:
The Ohio Expo Center, 717 East 17th Ave. Columbus, OH 43211 (Rhodes and Lausche Bldgs)
Registration table will be located at the Rhodes Center.  Expo attendees must go to Rhodes Center the day of expo to complete registration.

8A-8P Mon., 9/16 Registration, Vendor and Equip Setup
8A-8P Tues., 9/17 Reg., Tech Sessions, Keynote, Roadeo Finals, BBQ Cookout
8A-2:30P Wed., 9/18 Tech Sessions, AM & PM Cert Courses, Closing Lunch Speaker

Exhibitors must email Brenda VanCleave at ohioapwa2013@yahoo.com with their list of expo attendees. This email should also provide the exhibitor's preferred top 3 space locations as numbered on below map attachment.
 
Summary of Registration and Vendor/Exhibitor Fees
Note: All registrations and payments (credit card or PO) must be completed online by the respective deadlines. No day-of registrations will be accepted.

1. Individual Earlybird Registration – $75 (by 8/16/13)
(Registration includes welcome packet with name badge; admission to roadeo, all technical and vendor sessions, raffle ticket, cont. breakfast, lunch and dinner on 9/17, cont. breakfast and lunch on 9/18)

2. Standard Registration – $85 (8/17 to 9/06/13)
(Registration includes welcome packet with name badge; admission to roadeo, all technical and vendor sessions, raffle ticket, cont. breakfast, lunch and dinner on 9/17, cont. breakfast and lunch on 9/18)

3. Indoor Exhibitor Booth or Equipment
 • $300 for 100 SF
 • $550 for 200 SF
 • $800 for 400 SF
 • $100 for each 100 SF over 400 SF
Registration and payment due by Sept. 6, 2013.  Includes 2 registrations. Additional attendees MUST register individually.  NO STEEL TRACKS PERMITTED!

(Includes pipe and drapes, one 8’ table and 2 chairs, and electrical to those requesting w/registration. Equipment height, weight and fluids restrictions apply – please contact Scott Lucas at 614-644-6603)

4. Indoor Classroom Space  – $150 for each 45-minute time slot in Lausche Building classroom.
Registration and payment must be received by Sept. 6, 2013

(Includes screen, projector and classroom space for 20 people – vendor must supply laptop)

5. Outdoor Equipment Display Space  - $250 for each 20’x40’ space plus min $300 indoor space*

(Spaces will be marked on pavement; equipment must be stationary and locked at all times except for demonstrations; Electrical power NOT INCLUDED)
*Cost is in addition to individual registration.  Must be received by Sept. 6, 2013.

6. Sponsorships - Registration and payment must be received by Sept. 6, 2013.
Platinum Level for $700 (includes 2 registrations, preferred exhibitor location(s), full-page ad in conference  booklet, company name and logo on Expo banner & flyers)
Gold Level for $500 (Includes 2 registrations, preferred exhibitor location(s), half-page ad in conference booklet, company name on Expo banner & flyers)
Silver Level for $300 (Includes 2 registrations, preferred exhibitor location(s), quarter-page ad in conference booklet, company name on Expo banner & flyers)
Breakfast Sponsor for $250 (Includes company name on breakfast sponsor board – 2/17, 18)
Lunch Sponsor for $250 (Includes company name on lunch sponsor board – 2/17, 18)
BBQ Dinner Sponsor for $350 (Includes company name on BBQ sponsor board – 2/17 PM)

Hotel Information
See below attachment for listing of the hotels near the Ohio Expo Center.  There is no host hotel with special rates for this event.  Individuals must reserve their rooms directly with any hotel.
