Responsible for planning, promoting and coordinating the Chapter State Expo.  Chaired by the Chapter President and Co-Chair is President of hosting branch; members include Branch Presidents

The annual Ohio Public Works Expo rotates each year among the four branches.

Committee will advise with planning and oversight for the State Conference. 

At least 3 State Board members will attend each planning meeting either by phone or in person. 

Committee members shall be experienced in planning state shows

Goals

1. Engage vendors and sponsors for feedback and input on event planning
2. Show appreciation for vendors and sponsors
