Applicants must be United States citizens or have legally declared their intentions of becoming one. Applicants must possess Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology or related field, or an Associate's degree in the same with 3 years plant experience. Must have knowledge of principles and operational practices of a wastewater treatment plant. Applicants must possess an Ohio EPA Waste Water Class III Certificate; Must obtain an Ohio EPA Wastewater Class IV Certificate within 5 years; Must have five (5) years work experience in planning, scheduling and overseeing the operation and maintenance of a wastewater treatment plant.
