The state’s Ethics Law is a criminal law that addresses

•Conflict of Interest • Gifts   • Nepotism • Post Employment and •Sales to Agencies 

We want to know that our government is fair and that the decisions it makes about issues aren’t influenced by outside interests.  But sometimes the ethical choice is not clear-cut during our interactions with customers, vendors, and the public. This session will explain the Ethics Law and how to avoid any difficulties.

Who Should Attend:    Public officials, engineers, superintendents, managers, and others who can benefit from this training. 

Attendees eligible to receive certificate for one (1) CPD/PDH

to meet licensing and renewal requirements.
